Since its inception in 2022, our European Summit has rapidly built a reputation as a key conference for women across the private equity sector. From LPs actively investing in the space, to GPs from both emerging and established funds, this Summit attracts a powerful group of women who come together to build relationships and get deals done. A detailed agenda, delivered by industry experts, will provide you fresh insights and perspectives on the trends and challenges impacting the sector, while a fun and informal networking program gives you the chance to build close-knit personal and professional relationships that will help drive your success.

While this is a Summit for women, presented and delivered by women, gender is not on the agenda. This is a business focused event, where careers, deals and the industry at large can come together and thrive.

Spun out from the highly-successful European private equity summit, the first venture capital edition is launching this autumn, to provide senior women from across the region a forum to share information, initiate deals and forge new relationships.

Over the past two decades Europe has carved out its own niche within the venture market. Continued economic stability, supportive government policies, and diversity amongst European markets has allowed firms access to a wide range of investment from a diverse allocator base.

Despite a couple of stagnant years, 2024 looks promising as new and established managers look to invest in the market. However, with investors scrutinizing each deal closely, knowing where geographically to focus, which sectors are attractive, and what questions to ask of portfolio companies is going to be paramount.

Taking place in the UK, the largest of Europe’s VC hubs, the Summit expects to welcome 200 women from across venture spectrum. LPs actively investing in venture, GPs from both emerging and established funds, as well as specialists in various sectors such as healthcare, tech, and financial services.

A topical agenda will be delivered by prominent female executives who share their valuable insights, and knowledge on everything from portfolio and firm management, to fundraising, market trends and AI innovation. Combine this with several structured and informal networking sessions, makes this Summit a must-attend.
